Technical Evaluation Reference Group
The Technical Evaluation Reference Group (TERG) [ download in English | Français ] was an independent evaluation advisory group that assessed and reported on the monitoring and evaluation work conducted by the Global Fund Secretariat, and provided independent advice on monitoring and evaluation matters. It was replaced in 2023 by the Independent Evaluation Panel and Evaluation and Learning Office. A complete archive of TERG evaluations and meeting reports can be found below.
